What is Social Rehabilitation?

Social Rehabilitation services helps adults recovering from mental illness deal with social/personal adjustment. Individuals develop skills necessary to establish and maintain daily activity schedules. Individuals learn and are encouraged to utilize basic social skills necessary for developing effective community and family relationships. This service promotes self-sufficiency in the community. Individuals are encouraged to participate in accessing community resources, daily living skills, and volunteering within the community.

 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Referral and 18 years or older
  • Meeting with our intake coordinator
  • Physical examination, TB test, and proof of D/T immunization within the past 10 years
