What is Self-Directed Living?

Self-Directed Living is another form of residential living. This service would require more supervision for health and safety. The individual finds an apartment or home alone or with a roommate and hires our agency to staff the home. This service is funded through Companion and Habilitation services. The supports provided are assistance with daily living skills, menu, and budget planning, community participation as well as medical appointments.
